Andrea Bierer has spent her career helping people communicate more clearly, lead more effectively, and discover that they were far more capable than they ever gave themselves credit for. Her work is rooted in a belief she’s seen proven out across more than 20 years of consulting, training, and facilitation: that the right tools, the right conversation, and the right community have a way of unlocking something in people that was already there all along.
Warm, high-energy, and disarmingly practical, Andrea loves making complex ideas feel immediately attainable. She is a certified Working Genius Consultant and Full-Stack Facilitator, teaches leadership and marketing at the Manufacturer & Business Association, and runs her consulting practice through Andrea Bierer Consulting. She and her husband Doug also co-own DBC Remodeling & Construction — so she brings real-world business experience to everything she does.
A proud Erie resident with a deep love of lake sunsets, good books, and conversations that run long, Andrea co-founded SheReads2Lead because Erie women are craving a space where their reading life and their ambitions can breathe — and grow — joyfully, together.
Rhonda has spent her career working at the intersection of leadership, talent, and human potential. Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: that most women are far more capable than they give themselves credit for — and that the right coaching, community, and challenge can unlock something extraordinary.
Direct, analytical, and solutions-focused, Rhonda builds strong relationships with the people she works with and cares deeply about their long-term growth and success. She has a particular passion for helping women find and trust their voice — especially in the high-stakes moments when it matters most.

Why we built this
The room we couldn't find,
so we built it.
We looked at the professional landscape for women in Erie and asked a simple question: where is the room where women come to grow together and discuss ideas?
SheReads2Lead is that room. Not a networking event. Not a lecture. A gathering of women who take their growth seriously — who understand that the best professional connections don't come from a quick exchange at an event. They grow out of the places where everyone is learning and developing together.
We're not MBA-exclusive. We're not for one industry, one career stage, or one kind of woman. We're for any woman who wants to prioritize her growth — one great book at a time.
